On April 27, 2022, using the online platform Zoom, taking into account the topics selected by the third working group, another sectoral meeting was held on the topic – “Waste Management System – Waste Management System in the municipalities of Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti”.
Within the format of the sectoral meeting, the issues related to the practice of the waste management system and the existing problems in this area were discussed. Georgian Green Movement experts presented the municipal waste management system in the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region and summarized the region’s 2021 waste management report.
